In-kind donations are 100% tax deductible, and all proceeds go directly towards our Resident Assistance Fund to provide charitable care for necessities such as housing, healthcare, food and transportation.

Some important notes:

• If you’d like to assist, we can provide an official Donation Request Letter and Form for you to submit. Please contact Karen Moy at kmoy@seacrestfoundation.org or (760) 516-2015 and please be prepared to provide the contact details for the request.
• We are unable to include used items in the auction.
• Auction items must be received by October 1, 2024. We will send you a donation receipt for your records and your name will be listed as the donor, along with the company name, if applicable.
• No matter the value, any in-kind donation is greatly appreciated and we can package it with other similar items.

Ideas for auction items: If you or someone you know has a relationship with business owners/managers, or frequently visit their establishments, this may be a great opportunity to promote the company while simultaneously assisting us with putting together some great auction packages to benefit our residents. Examples of popular auction items include:

• Staycation/Vacation stays at hotels, Air B&Bs, etc.
• Dining gift certificates – fine dining and casual restaurants
• Day spas or services such as massage, facials, nails, hair services, botox, eyebrows/lashes, etc.
• Private sail on a boat
• Racetrack experience
• Tickets to sporting events, theaters, activities or concerts
• Jewelry/Art
• Children’s items – experiences, toys, etc.
• Wineries/Breweries – tours, tastings, product, merchandise
• Car detailing/servicing
• Adventures/activities for couples or families
